Bad bruise leads to something weird with my arm.?

Okay. So two years ago I rolled a 4-wheeler over myself...yeah. I got a terrible bruise on my upper-inner arm (it looked like a slab of meat stretching from my elbow to maybe two inches beneath by armpit) Now the bruise is gone but the flabby part of that arm their is two lumps I the skin has little feeling (If it itches I can't feel to scratch it) but the area hurts if i press even lightly on it. Now when I went to the doctor shortly after the incident he said it was only bruised; I am convinced he was wrong. So I really want to know what is wrong with my or what I can do to fix it (other than go to a doctor because we all see how that worked out). Thank you!
