Although you have no right to an exchange, If you repackage it in its original packaging, and go speak to them politely, they will usually exchange the product to keep you happy. Customer loyalty is big business to these guys. It's the same as not having to pay if you break a jar in Tesco or something. They make more money if you continue to shop there.
