If there is a chance that I'm pregnant will LH be detected? Been using ovulation sticks...?

I've just been monitoring my LH surge with Clear Blue Ovulation Detection Kit but I should be ovulating right now and the sticks are not showing any LH surge... I just wanted to know before I tested because I don't want to be disappointed again :(
