Ukrainian citizenship lost or not?

If you are born in Ukraine then you get a different citizenship with a new pport are you still considered a Ukrainian citizen ? Ukraine doesn't recognize duel citizenship's but also on the government site it says that you lose your Ukrainian citizenship when you voluntarily accept a new citizenship could some one tell me if you lose Ukraine citizenship when you receive a new one ?
