Im 14 and 5'9 i weigh 120 lbs, and i bench press 180. is it healthy to bench way more than u actually weigh?

im really in shape. i play lots of sports. i play football. i run track. i play basketball and baseball. im also a swimmer. i do boxing. and i also do wrestling, its my favorite! i do football wrestling and track for school. I play aau bball. and i do boxing at my mma academy im never worried about being out of shape. but im worried about being to much in shape.. is that a bad thing?
