What video has bruce lee moving his arms so fast that in slow motion it looks like he has like 6 arms?

I don't know if it is actually Bruce lee or not. I just remember seeing a martial arts guy in an older film moving his arms around so rapidly that it appears he has many arms. I can't find any online video of this and I need some help.
