Do I have a right to sue my day care provider if she psychologically damages my son?

My day care provider is bullying my child. She tells the other kids it's fun to make fun of my son and she excludes him from certain"fun" activities. She also yells at him all the time, according to one of the other children there. She has never mentioned that my son is misbehaving, so I really can't understand why she is doing this. What are my options? He is being removed from her care.
