What are the uighur muslims talking about?

China has some of the most liberal laws for their minority populations. They pay no taxes, free education, lower entrance exam marks into university, affimative action in the job market, exemption from the 1 child policy, government housing, free healthcare just to name a few. Sounds pretty good to me. But apparently they also want the freedom to kill innocent civilians and a country to start a theocracy. I don't support that.
