Does anyone know if that Male Enhancement Extenze works?

Im 17 yrs old about to turn 18 and when I get erect my seems small to me in length as well as in width. so lately I've been doing some research to see what I can do about this issue and the extenze commercials is all I've been seeing. Even on the internet. So before I waist almost a hundread dollars on something that may be placeboes (sugar pills) I was just wondering does anyone know if this product is accurate will it make you bigger or are they just lying?
