Bantam Chick Questions?

I have two bantam chicks I bough, would like the guess there aproximate age... they are from the same clutch (and silly me didnt ask when they were hatched) But one is starting to feather on its wings, and the rest is fuzzy, and the other is fuzzy. Also, I do not have a brooder. I have a modified animal hutch/cage with news paper and a bit of straw on the bottom, and the tempeture is about 80 degree's. I try but I cant get it to the 90 degree's some places say. My chicks are in a small container inside there home with some food and some dish clothes for extra warmth plus the lamp. Will my chicks be okay?
