Can you get pregnant from this?

my friend said she had , and while she was having the condom broke. the guy didn't ***, but i know you could get pregnant from pre-*** (we are not sure if he did this). but right away the guy pulled out when the condom broke. so would the lubricant from the condom have killed any of the pre-*** that could have been on his ?
