Doubling yourself in adobe after effects cs4?

I want to make a video of me talking to my self in adobe after effects. Please do a step by step on how to do it in 1 continues video not 1 camera view on me and another of me, at the same time continues with a camera on a tripod. please do step-by-step or link to a video please!!!!!!
