Good recipes using turkey meat?

I have a box of frozen turkey meat in my fridge that I'd like to use up. They're Italian-seasoned, so I'd like an Italian recipe, but something more exciting than spaghetti and meat. I used to have a good recipe that had rotini pasta and spinach in it, but I can't find it. Thanks!
