How can i get a full graphic of the games on pogo they cut off about 2" at the bottom..HELP!!!?

I HAVE A HP PAVILION PC WINDOWS XP ALSO I HAVE BEN TO DISPLAY ON THE CONTROL PANEL - NOTHING WORKS...
