I'm looking for the music video in which everything outside moves along the camera on the rhythm of the music?

A few years ago I saw a music video which looked like it was filmed from a car or a train through a window. Everything outside (cables, chimneys, buildings and trees) moved along the camera on the rhythm of the music. I'm looking for that video, and the band who made the music. Thanks in advance!
