I think that if she has not gotten over it, it is not out of line to take her back. If she is having difficulty breathing, then dont roll the dice on whether or not to go. Just go. If she can breathe ok, then hold out till morning, and see how she's doing then. Give her a tiny bit of honey to soothe her throat, since you say her cough is bad. Either way, the biggest issue is if you hear the rattling in her chest get bad, the cough is bringing up too much stuff and its impairing her breathing; these issues need immediate attention.
