White fabric with a blue sheen?

I swear that somewhere I saw a dress that looked like it was white until the light hit and then you could see that it actually had a blue shimmer/sheen to it. It was a couple of years ago when I saw this dress and I did see it on TV, so maybe it was a trick of the lighting. If such a fabric does exist, could somebody please tell me where to find it because I was really hoping to be able to use it for my wedding dress.
