I filed exempt on my tax forms like I do every year with 1 exemption thus preventing Federal Taxes from being taken out of my paychecks and ONLY Fica/Med/State taxes being taken out...I am currently a part-time student that works full-time and only 20 yrs old this would be the 1st time I could file taxes without someone else being able to claim me. My 8-month-old daughter has been and is still fed, but I've been trying to get her to take a sippy cup for water and occasional sips of juice. But she simply will not take it! I've tried helping her, but she just pushes it away and shakes her head. Parents of Trick or Treaters, do these sound good?

Im 18 and in college. This year for halloween, kids from the area are coming to the dorms to go trick or treating. I wanted to do something special because Ive always loved halloween and remember how much i enjoyed trick or treating from when i was a little kid, so I decided to make them little treat bags. i went to the dollar store and i got 40 rubber bats (about 6 inches wide) and 40 spiny whistles for only a few dollars and these cute little paper pumpkin bags. In each bag ill put a bat and a whistle, plus a couple pieces of candy (one is a mini gummy body part and the other is a mini candy bar). The whistles dont make actual noise, they have a wheel at the end so when the kid blows into it the wheel spins (so they wont drive the parents bazerk). My cousins all gave me thumbs up about it, but theyre pretty easy to please, so my question is, is this something your child would enjoy, to have a couple little toys in their halloween bag, or do they only care about the candy and im just wasting effort?

Can a car-rental company take money out of my account without authorization?

Ok anyway, We got a free car rental from Enterprise while our car was in the shop. The guy tells him that he's not getting a refund because they took it and put it toward the rental insurance and that we also owe them another $14. (When we were told rental insurance was $10 a day). Pixelated video in VLC and WMP player in Windows Vista. Please help!!?

The laptop which I am using is very old. In fact 6-7 years old. The model is Toshiba Tecra S2. The drivers and configurations are the same, which were at that time. However, I recently installed Windows Vista in place of Windows XP. Everything is working just fine except for the videos. They appear too pixelated. Especially HD ones i.e 720p and 1080p. Bad bruise leads to something weird with my arm.?

Okay. So two years ago I rolled a 4-wheeler over myself...yeah. I got a terrible bruise on my upper-inner arm (it looked like a slab of meat stretching from my elbow to maybe two inches beneath by armpit) Now the bruise is gone but the flabby part of that arm their is two lumps I the skin has little feeling (If it itches I can't feel to scratch it) but the area hurts if i press even lightly on it. Now when I went to the doctor shortly after the incident he said it was only bruised; I am convinced he was wrong. Im renting from this lady and ever since I moved in I have had nothing but problems.. The lease was signed by her but come to find out I was actually renting it from a man which she signed his name. Then she changed things on the lease after I signed it. She charged me an outrageous deposit and the house was so dirty it took me two days to clean and It was also full of the previous tenants stuff. The ceiling in the hallway had a steady leak for the first two weeks. It turned out to be from the air conditioner which had damaged the ceiling so bad that it began to fall through. After we fixed the leak and checked it out some more we noticed that there was black mold everywhere in the ceiling and in the attic. The landlord gave me $20 to buy drywall to fix where it was falling through. The landlord kept telling me that she would hire someone to remove the black mold and it has been months now and the mold is still there. I finally found somewhere else to go so I am moving out tomorrow because I cannot breath at night due to the large amount of mold. It blows through the vents throughout the house and has made breathing very difficult for everyone that lives here. She knew that we had nowhere else to go and wouldn't fix the problem so she made us suffer. I called everyone from code enforcement to the health department and nobody could help me. She is now charging me for breaking my lease. I do not know who to call about my landlord renting out this house with the black mold growing in it. I have pictures, written statements, receipts from where I tried to fix it, witnesses and copies of my request to have it fixed. I have done everything carefully as I was supposed to from the day I moved in. I have kept doentations of everything from day one, even the illegally signed lease she tried to forge. All of those things do sound like a vacuum leak. A good way to find it is a cheap vacuum pump with a gauge. Then you pull vacuum lines going to various stuff, put a vacuum on them with a pump and see if that's the source of the leak. You can also plug off lines going to different things while the engine is idling and see if that affects rpm.

My question is do i really need fifty to seventy more pounds of live rock? Since i already have two power filters, one with the bio-wheel for biological filtration and the other with a skimmer. And if i did go ahead and get all fifty to seventy more pounds of live rock would i need my bio-wheel filter? I think id need the skilter since it skims. and the main componts of a Berlin filtration system is Live rock, Skimmer, and Lights.And What would be better? The Berlin filter system, or the power filters, or both? I would like the Berlin system because it would be more quite and natural looking.. Also i heard the skilters suck but you can put a small wooden air diffuser in the skimmer tube to increase bubbles.. Is the skimmer tube the water bottle looking thing that the bubbles form in? I've started weaning my 6 mth old. I gave her yoghurt for the first time and she developed a red rash on the skin around her mouth almost instantly. She didn't even eat a mouthful. As soon as i was done having my 1st child in 2004, 2 months later, like clockwork, i started my periods again on a 28 day cycle. They ALWAYS come between 2 & 6AM on the morning of. (LOL...TMI i know, sorry!) Anywho, this afternoon around 2 i went to the bathroom, peed, but when i wiped there was a light pink smear of blood on the paper, but not much at all. I thought, well maybe it's just starting late, so i put in a tampon. I had to pee again around 6, so i took out my tampon and it was CLEAR!!! i decided to put in a new one just in case, and i just changed it and it was clear too. This has NEVER happened before! Could that little blood smear have been implantaion bleeding? I don't have any cramps or nausea like i usually do with my period. No bloating either. Can anybody help me out? What's going on? First Prenatal Appt?

I'm 9wks 4days pregnant with baby #2. I had my first appt at 7wks 4days. I got all of my blood work, my paperwork & had my first ultrasound on that day. The only thing I didn't do was meet the doctor (he was called away on an emergency c-section). I got to meet with the head nurse and she answered every possible question I could possibly ask! lol. She was excellent! They scheduled me for my next appt tomorrow at 9weeks 5 days. But what should I expect? I thought everything was done. What else will they be doing? They discussed sending me to a specialist because my first daughter was a small baby 5lbs 3oz. I had Gastric Byp surgery in 2002. So they want to monitor this baby's size very closely. My boyfriend wanted to make our cat wear kitty depends - LOL! I don't think they exsist, though... But seriously, take your cat to the vet for a checkup to be sure it isn't a health problem. Sometimes cats try to "let us know" in the only way they can that something is wrong. It also could be a "behavioral" problem. That said, it will not do any good to try to "discipline" your cat, instead try to identify the source of what is upsetting her and eliminate it. She may be seeing another cat outside or having a conflict with another pet in the household or it could be stress from recent changes in the household. My cat started urinating on my leather couch (previously he only uriniated on the bed - now I keep bedroom door closed when I am not in the room) Regarding the couch, I now have a fabric couch (instead of leather) and I protect it (when I am not sitting on it) with a outdoor/patio furniture couch cover that is waterproof (bought online). If accidents do happen I can easily clean the area with an enzymatic pet urine/odor remover spray or wash the cover in the washing machine on gentle and let it air dry. The enzymatic cleaner is especially important because if you do not fully remove the smell, your cat will tend to keep going back to the same spot to urinate. Also, be sure you keep the litter box clean, provide easy access, remove hood if there is one, have more than one litter box, try different types of litter (Cat Attract, Feline Pine, Tidy Cats Small Spaces, etc...) Also, you might look into Feliway plug-in difusers and refills. They plug into your wall outlet like air freshener but they are filled with simulated cat pheromones which have no smell to humans but it makes cats more calm and relaxed. I hope this info helps. It is not a fun problem to have but I am sure you love your kitty very much and there are ways to deal with this issue. Be sure and ask your vet for advice when you take her for the checkup - I am sure they will have lots of good advice for you, too!

Horrible at guy at work; what 2 do?

hi. i work in a big depratment store, theres this guy hes about 25+ hes not british born, from india i think. recently i found out he complained against me, for not working effieciently which is lie. when i found out it was him i was furious. so today when i seen him at work i didnt even want 2 say hello 2 him. newy i only work weekends so sometimes on sundays this guy is kinda incharge cz hes bn there a while. he keeps getting in my face n telling me what to do, he doesnt do that with the guys. he speaks to me very rudely and i hate it i tel him straight but then that will just make him complain against me more. n i dnt want to lose my job over a loser. today he started infront of a customer, n i'm not 1 of them girls who doesnt stick up 4 herself. so i said 2 him y was he criticising infront of a customer, it was wrong etc, he immaturely replied 'whatever'. i used to get on with him becz he used to tell me what this other bloke used to say about me, which now i think he has been making up n trying to stir things. the atmosphere on the shop floor has bn so down lately. i want to complain about him but i dont know if it is a serious matter. need advice.. newy, thank u in advance. x

Xbox 360 Slim noise on startup?

I've had my slim (250GB) for several weeks now. During this time, I haven't had any issues with strange noises. Today, after I (carefully) moved the console around and plugged it into a new TV, I heard a strange noise on startup. It's best described as a "crackling" noise, resembling a vacuum cleaner picking up sand. It lasted for only a second, and I haven't heard any noises since. I have turned the console on/off several times since with no further issues, and everything seems to be working fine. Should I be concerned about this noise? Is it likely to be an indicator of a larger problem or just an isolated fluke? My Xbox is under warranty (and will be for 3 years), but I've already transferred/downloaded licenses and content to it, so I'd like to avoid just taking it back if possible.

How far should i be able to throw a football?

i am 12, i like sports in general, but when it comes to throwing a football or even a baseball i kinda suck, i can't throw a baseball as far as a football O.O ... it goes fast in the beginning, BUT it goes down just after sometime, i can throw a nike football high school size 27-30 yards max .. pretty accurate, and i throw with spiral all time, now i go everyday down with a ball and do 200 pes, some on my knees, some while on the move, some i go deep, and some just while standing ... drills for arm strength? and am i too bad for this age? by the way, i only have 1 year experience in football, i came here started playing with my friends, i liked the sport and played right guard for one season, i didn't know ANYTHING about football before ... and i have only 1 month - 1.5 months experience in throwing the ball ... because i never threw the ball, with my friends we go 5 on 5 and they didn't blitz and all their guys were little so they had no linemen so i was like a center and tight end in the same time, i can catch a ball from 20 yards away .. further than that i drop SOME pes not all ..

I'm thinking of puting a 50 shot zex nitrous system on my eclipse. I am on a budget like most people and the kit says it would work fine on a stock motor but I'm still cautious. I'm 37 and about 1.5 years ago I started having extreme fatigue and very heavy and painful periods. My doc put me on on oral provera, 10 days on and 20 off. The provera didn't help any of my symptoms and gave me oral thrush which I still can't get rid of. I went off the provera and was put on 850 mg. metformin. It did nothing. My periods are getting more painful every month. The bleeding is still very heavy for 4 out of 8 days that I bleed. An ultrasound and endometrial biopsy showed a small ovarian cyst that went away on it own, but nothing much more. I don't have pain during , just during my period. My doc has now put me on ortho micronor birth control pills to help with the heavy bleeding. I started taking them 11 days ago. My period flow is slightly lighter this time, but the pain of it is much worse. The ortho micronor also has made my legs and hands swell up with water retention. I take 800 mg. of ibuprofen 2 or 3x's a day for period pain. I'm getting sick of all the meds and hle of this. What is wrong with me? Do I need a hysterectomy or is there a med out there that will actually work to ease this? I'm willing to try anything. I can't take much more of this.

Yesterday I baked a cake for my father for fathers day and right after I ate the cake I started to have a mild pain in my stomach so I ate some Roman noodles and I was fine for the rest of the day but then that night I started to have that same pain put just a little worse and I wasn't able to sleep then today early this morning I was still having that pain so I drank some coffee hoping that the coffee would help me have a bale movement & I did but it was small then later on today my bf took me out to eat and I ate a slice of pizza with carmel frapacino (coffee with whip cream & carmel and it's cold) then a few hours later me & my bf were having and about 30 minutes later I started having stomach pains but this time it was severe and after he left I layed down for anout 5 minutes and it just stopped what's wrong with me?

i just bought new 40" 1080p Samsung LCD tv, and tried to link my gateway laptop to it. I used VGA cable, and i can see pretty much everything on tv. since i download some AVI movies, i am able to run it on my laptop through realplayer or wmp, but on TV, all i see is the player, but no movie running, only blank. how come? is it set up? everything else shown on tv.

My kiddie pool/slide has turned my gr into a swamp? Every time the kids come down the slide the water splashes out onto that side of the gr. The gr has a drain in the middle of it but the water seems to be pooling on the area of the gr where the slide splashes and the drain is uphill from there.
